Hi,

is there any way how to modify / install VEGA 64 in Mac Pro 5.1 to be able see Boot Screen

I want to be able swap between OSX / BootCamp Windows
I want to be able reinstall OSX Mojave (Metal GPU is required)

I have original HD 5770

Or if is better to sell VEGA and BUY 1080 / 1080Ti ?

Thanks for any suggestion
The Vega 64 is the better way to go if you're are looking at Mojave,
simply for the metal support and its WAY faster than the HD 5770.

I have a Vega 56 8 GB in my 2012 5.1 and it runs like a gem in Mojave and Windows.

is your Vega 64 a flashed card ? or a stock off the shelf PC UEFI card?

if its a stock off the shelf PC UEFI card, you can use OpenCore to get a boot loader for swapping OS,
its safe to use and it can also protect your NVRam from windows,

if you use the pre-built config i used,
its very simple to install and it will not mess with either of your operating systems.

are you familiar with reFind bootloader? open core works the same way as that,
it sits in your EFI partition,
it loads before your OS and offer you the chose of operating system installed on you mac,
it also gives to access to your recovery mode and time machine drives.
