Good luck. I agree, better than UPS losing package, that would suck worse. Feel bad for those who have to go through that.

Update: Refused to remove the fee, shocker. I even bartered with this idiot.
- "If you remove the fee, I will buy an Apple Case (I wanted a spare one anyway)"

"No, we can't do that" but then said "you can still buy the Apple Case."

Blood started heating up, but then I just walked out.

Just remember for anyone upgrading to the 14 series, to buy Sim-free from Apple, and insert your sim before turning the phone on. I avoided the upgrade fee with my 12 Pro Max and will be preordering the Sim-free 14 Pro Max.
