Vertical writing on PDF in iPhone

I have PDFs saved that have been filled out. They work perfectly fine on my Mac computer. But when I use the Files app on my iPhone to open those PDFs, sometimes the filled in text is vertical and cut off. I’ll try to post an example below. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Curious if I was to send one of those files from my phone, would it be more likely that the text is vertical and cut off on the recipient’s end then if I sent it from my computer?
