What I did was to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There you will see a link for military and veterans. Basically, it's the same as the EPP discount. You'll have to verify your status via ID.me, but once done, you'll see the reduced prices. This was on my MBP - I don't think it's on the iOS app.

Can use safari on iPhone as well. Had to refresh a few times this morning, go through the id verification, but site finally loaded.
