Are there any applications that can capture a screen of a background application? I want to make a demo video of a process that can take around 30 minutes, but still be able to work in other applications while the video capture is running.
I have a single UW monitor and use spaces to group applications by task. I noticed the Apple build in video capture can either capture all or some of a physical screen, but if I switch apps, it will capture whatever application is in the foreground.
