video disappeared, folder structure camera intact

Dear People,

My daughers musical video suddenly disappeared from my harddisk. The folder structure of the camera (from which I copied the video) is still there but the video is not to be found. Does anybody know what could have happened? I already used Disc Drill, no succes.
