I find that writing things myself improves my own understanding of the subject. In effect, I'm iterating over my own synaptic weightings so they produce better future results.

I’m usually good about taking notes on things. With my luck, they’ll change stuff anyway. We use Adobe Connect at work, they keep changing/breaking the UI on that. I’ll rely on the help docs and google/youtube again next time.
