Unity is XP SP2 only. I tried, it doesn't work with Server 2003.
has anyone tried to play WC3 on it? how is it compared to Parallels 3?
I assume you mean Warcraft3? If so this runs natively on OS X. There's even a universal binary available from Blizzard for it. Why would you want to run it in a virtual machine?
because i want to know if it can. because it is technology. you're asking me a question similar to "why would one want to run Windows 98 on a Xbox." the answer is simple: because one can.
i know WC3 is UB now. im not stupid.

Ok people, calm down. No need to get flustered over an anonymous user's choice of application usageification. (Word butchered on purpose.)
It sounds like he wanted to use Warcraft 3 to simply test out the virtual machine's DirectX capability and integration between the VM and the host OS. That sounds like a reasonable...err...reason to me, right?
just installed it, everything works good except the part under setting. I have 256MB under Memory, I want to set it higher at least to 1GB. It will not allow me to change it, anyone tried that??

That's hardly a good answer. Would you throw $1000 down the drain because you can?
If it's for benchmarking purposes, say so. A sane person would always go for the option with the least performance hit.
oh and one thing i dont like about Unity: it hides everything including my task bar with the Start button in it.
I downloaded and installed this on my MacBook Pro but I'm having a problem with the XP activation. I activated XP via Bootcamp and it works fine. But when running the VMware Fusion with the Bootcamp install it states that I need to activate the copy of windows again, which I cannot do.
I thought that by using the Bootcamp install it avoided this. Any suggestions or tips?...as I cannot use VMware Fusion with my Windows XP install until I resolve this.
Thanks!
Does anyone experienced issues about the license activation? Mine says that the serial is not right but I'm using the one supplied directly from VMWare...
