The Mac Pro may be released in conjunction with 10.15.2. There hasn’t been a beta released since November 20th so I think we’re getting very close.

No, I would bet money against a release after the 20th.
My guess is an exact replication of the 2013 timeline. First shipments on the 19th or 20th.

I am wondering on the day of announcement - if Apple is going to have a media blitz (multi-media events) calling in all the creative projects (music, film, etc.) that the early working groups/artists produced - and show them off.

I think you are likely correct, but we may see some canned videos posted to Apple.com, since we know there are already some 7,1's in the "wild".

I agree there'll probably be just a tweet from Cook and a press release, but they might feature a new video and photos on the main Apple site. I wouldn't be surprised if they show some TV ads as well, maybe not specifically featuring the Mac Pro, but at least featuring it along with other Macs/Apple products.
