Clean install with bootable usb disk, and then migration assistant which copied everything from my previous yosemite installation, stored in external hard disk!
Thank you all!

I think I am going mad with Apple osx updates.
Today I updated (without fears) to 10.11.1
One of the features of this update, as you read, it is:
"Improves installer reliability when upgrading to OS X El Capitan"

This means, that the problem I had, it was not mine, it was because of poorly developed el capitan installer.

I am vindicated? Yes.
So, all the trouble it was not my fault.

But again? Today?
I installed 10.11.1, and when it restarted, it stuck!!!!!!
It is supposed this was a problem of the initial release. And it is supposed, as they announced, that they fixed it!
But no. Once again I stuck. Once again my backup saved me, and I restored to previous state.

Don't get me wrong, but they serious there at Apple?
What is this?
Why they ruin a wonderful os, and user experience?

I don't know if I ever update el capitan.
I don't know what they do to their computing department.

I should not be the only one with these troubles and annoying problems....
:(

This initial version cannot be installed in my mbp.
I tried from app store - apple servers, it stucked.
I also downloaded from elsewhere, I tried again to install, stuck in the same point again.

I cannot suppose that it is my mbp fault. Why should I blame mbp? It is late '13 with yosemite.

I cannot 'track' where the problem is based. If you have any idea, just tell me.
I had to restore back to yosemite.

I am thinking remaining in yosemite for the next time period, and try once again to install when apple will give us an upgraded package of el capitan.

How this could be done? I mean, if a new version of el capitan appears, the existing one will disappear from app store and I will see only the new one? Or I should download the current 'crap' and then any updates?
Is there any 'build numbers' I can see in app store?
When I will read in the news, that a new el capitan version is out, can I assume and expect, that it will be an accumulative update with the initial os wrapped up with the new updates, in app store?

As you understand I fear to try installation with this one, once again, but I want to be ready and sure of how I can try install the new version, when it will be available.
Bombard Apple and Tim Cook personally with bug reports and complain emails.Make an appointment with Apple and let them break their head to fix their core rot .

I agree.

I have external hard drive for testing purposes and I'm planning to upgrade it to 10.11.1 to test if Apple finally fixed bugs I reported previously in Mail, Finder, Disk Utility, Safari, Preview, etc.

If bugs haven't been fixed its time to write another email to Tim Cook. While El Capitan hasn't caused me as much grief as Yosemite did I no longer see a point in these upgrades, why bother with yearly releases when its clear quality is suffering constantly?

I wonder if Apple only cares about cold hard cash?
