I would jump at the chance to have iTunes on my PC. And I tried switching , it wasn't for me. My PC desktop is so much faster than the Powerbook 867 that I bought earlier in the year. I was really hyped about OS X and it IS pretty... but I guess I'm entrenched with the Windows filing system, etc. The two programs I really liked alot were iPhoto and iTunes.

I'd pay 30 bucks for a Windows iTunes, ESPECIALLY if it has out-of-the-box syncing with iPod and AAC support. And the cool Apple-style pscychadelic color show visualizations.
