Yeah, not so sure about this rumor.
My 2.4 SR MBP arrived this morning (ordered on the 13th) and it's perfect. No yellow tint, no grain, no hiss in headphones, no dead pixels, LG drive and the new smaller magsafe power adaptor.
Just thought it might be worth letting some people know it's possible!

Lucky you , MY 2.4 SR MBP ordered on the 13th has yellow tint problem, so i don't think they fixed the problems yet.
