watchOS 10.4 is not out.

Installed the RC. Is anyone else's watch charging only to 98% (or not to a full 100%) overnight? Optimized battery charging is not on for me.

Edit: Restart of watch & now able to charge to 100%.

I had this same situation. 98% charged but in battery settings I saw 100%. Hard reset and now is ok but Im waiting for newer version.

10.4 release candidate hit on Monday 4th. So it could be a week from then. Patience is a virtue.

Forget patience. Just install the RC. Can’t imagine Apple improving it.

I think your assumption is still correct but you only need to register for the free account. No payment is required.
