All I can say is Apple needs to let us update our Apple Watches over cellular already.. I'm stuck somewhere with horrific wifi, and I can't get it to update at all.. Cellular connection is so much faster! Haven't had any issues since day 1 with the watch OS beta but this.

Working great on my Ultra 2 again, was fine in B3 and B4 but pretty broken in B5, glad to see this working in B6 again. Strange bug as pretty much all of my other 3rd apps worked fine, someone at Apple must like this app 😄
I wish they would scrap the annoying requirement to place the Apple Watch on the charger to update, what's the point in even having the option to update on the watch directly if you have to take the damn thing off to proceed the installation.
From the very first Apple Watch, as long as the battery was over 50%, I just placed it on the charger for two seconds so it proceeded to install and then placed it straight back on my wrist, never had an issue in all these years doing that. And on the Ultra watches, you only seem to lose less than 5% or so when installing, at least it's usually about that for me, maybe even less if it's a small patch.

Agreeable. I was surprised my watch wasn’t able to install the update for beta 6 until after I finished work when it downloaded the update files. It takes so long and Apple needs to add cellular as an option to update our watches. Our iPhones can do it but why not Apple Watch? They have cellular models!
It’s still normal in beta 6 developer watchOS 26, and workout buddy works fine too. Tested it at the gym.
Do you have a 3 second delay after pressing the side button and opening the control center?

That’s been around since the last beta, but it’s still pretty cool! What do you all think about the Liquid Glass being more noticeable and improved in the newer betas?
I not only have the delay on my Ultra 1, but when it finally opens up, all of the buttons are blank. I'm unpairing it now so I can re-pair and see if that fixes it.
ADDENDUM: ...or, I could have just read the release notes and found out that the latter problem is, in fact, a known issue with a workaround!
ADDENDUM 2: After restoring the watch from backup, I was still seeing both the delay and the blank buttons. After following the workaround, the delay is gone and the buttons are back to normal — it may be worth trying to see if it fixes the problem even if you're only seeing the delay.

A new OS is not just the OS itself, it’s also new SDK and lot of weird behaviour in previously working code.
There are a lot of possibilities to have broken apps, especially on watchOS which is not very widespread in developers community.

Genius. At least the control center’s a lot more fluid for me. PB 1 and 2 were horrendously laggy scrolling through it on my Ultra 2 but PB 3 fixes it—at that cost…
Hey everyone with the latest and greatest Apple Watches! I need your help. Many people with the US model Apple Watch Series 9, 10, and Apple Watch Ultra 2 models (with model numbers ending in LW/A, which don’t have blood oxygen since they were set up) and those running the betas have wondered if the blood oxygen 'comeback' feature would exist on beta like the public release of watchOS 11.6.1 would. The public releases of iOS 18.6.1 and watchOS 11.6.1 came out with a rereleased build of iOS 26 developer beta 6.
Can anyone with these watches who are beta testing on watchos 26 beta 6 or with the 11.6.1 watchOS public release check if their watch can still do the blood oxygen feature? Even with the iOS 26 beta 6 rerelease on their iPhone?

Happens to me from time to time. AWU1.
Control center has been slow/wonky for me anyway since the first beta.
Turn on low battery mode then turn it off. That’s the fix.
So. Running iOS 26 on 16PM. No beta on watch. Yesterday Blood Oxygen was re enabled. Does watch iOS beta support this?
Bro I asked everyone here if they got it working on their watches again as I don’t have a series 9 or newer watch that is affected by it and can be reenabled via the update.
Guys I don’t have that bug but @d245770q youre right toggle on and off low power mode works. It’ll put the icons back. See video below 👇 of how to fix it
You are mistaken. Both watch and phone have to be running the same OS version. The question is does the Apple Watch beta paired with the iPhone beta support this.
