I told you. All you have to do is document it, and you get it. It was all over the promotional material for the iPhone 7 and I told people, those blobs were supposed to be in iOS 10. But sometimes the wallpaper doesn't make it in the release. But in iOS 10.2 they put them in there by popular demand.

Why popular demand and not any other host of reasons?

Some here said that it is due to the new wallpaper co-processor in iPhone 7. :(
That's shady. They didn't do this last time. The iPhone 7 is no big jump from the 6s. They must really want to sell those 7's.

There is no "wallpaper co-processor" hahahahahaha  It was a joke....

Its 7/7+ only to show off the wider color gamut on the new screens.

Really, this was important to people?
Seems like plenty of people who don't care about emojis are spending a lot of time trying to make a big deal of some emoji updates that were included too. Juxtapositions abound.

Is it a dealbreaker? No. Do I look forward to new wallpapers when I buy a new iPhone? Yes. Do I end up using a non-stock wallpaper for 98% of the phone's life in my possession? Yes. lol. All phones should get these wallpapers imo.

Yes. They advertised it. Did they deliver it? NO. They keep doing this.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they didn't use "new wallpapers" as an advertising technique.

If Apple included every wallpaper on their devices seen in "advertisements", then 64gb might as well just be 32 to start with.

I can show you better than I can tell you.

How can you show that, and not ship the phone with that wallpaper?

We went out and bought the phones. And sure enough, you could do that with the wallpaper.

That's what they did with the iPhone 7, and they didn't deliver.

I don't know anyone who uses a iPhone pre loaded wall paper. I start with a nice sunrise or sunset and then change as I find various cool pics I take. Most stock images are lame.

Probably like they can show taking the phone into the rain or getting sprayed by sprinklers or water splashing from a pool, and then still not cover any liquid damage.
