Quite the opposite for me. Coming from the XR, I personally feel much more secure handling the 12 Pro Max one-handed than I did with the XR. Both caseless, if that matters.I just opened my new 12 pro max and it’s much more difficult to hold, purely due to the flat edges. I mastered using the 11 pro max with one hand and I don’t think it’s possible with new 12 max. In fact, I’m sitting here with the 11 max and 12 max and picked up the 11 max because it’s significantly easier to handle. Perhaps time will allow me to adapt, but I didn’t think the difference would be so drastic
You are right. Without a case it is a lot easier. It’s amazing that the thickness of a case can make that much of a difference. Thanks for the suggestionQuite the opposite for me. I 100% agree with this. The flat sided phone looks awesome, but just isn't as comfortable for me to hold, regardless of how many hands I use (I have tiny hands so I can't really use any phone comfortably one handed, plus I'm straight clumsy)...I found the 11 Pro Max to be the most comfy phone ever. Don't get me wrong, I love my 12 PM and wouldn't trade it, but the 11 PM was more comfortable, at least for me.better grip on flat edges
better comfort on rounded edges
I've never had a problem. Maybe you're holding it wrong.Slightly off topic but don't even get me started how uncomfortable it is to hold the newer iPad pros for more than a nanosecond with those cornered sides piercing the palm of your hand.
