It’s been raining and will rain for the next 4-5 hours. It’s gone again. Early it was raining and it was there. I think it’s not been switched on by Apple yet and just in a testing phase.

Mine is working as it should, and is present right now.

The reason for the inconsistency between when the weather app says is raining and the’ next hour precipitation’ appearing will be due to the difference in sources.
The weather app is still using The Weather Channel.
the ‘Next Hour Precipitation’ is using the Dark Sky functionality.
