Yea chpwn originally released this but I'm not sure why r_plus updated it. I feel it's safe to install because r_plus is legit. I installed his SwipeShiftCaret tweak back on iOS 4 before swipeselection came out. I later switched to swipeselection because it was easier to swipe the keyboard instead of the text box. Plus I had issues when typing on this forum and also tying to swipe using swipeshiftcaret. Either way, I trust r_plus's stuff.

I think you're right though. I think all the tweaks from tweak week were open sourced on GitHub.

I don't know why iOS has such stiff scrolling. To reach the bottom of a thread here you'd have to swipe like 7 times. Now it takes only two or three. Just much better with a longer and quicker scroll speed.

Ah SwipeShiftCaret, that completely solidifies my faith in this dev. I loved dat on my iPad 3. Haven't figured out what I'm gonna do for that one quite yet on my rMini and possibly phone as well.

Haha yup. He also has some other cool stuff as well both on cydia and his github.

I just installed Webscrollian from Cydia, based on the positive reviews here. But I don't see any difference in Safari. I looked for a toggle in Settings, but there was none. Am I missing something? (iPhone 5, 7.1.1)

there is no toggle, it just enables it

it gets rid of the "frictiony" feeling when you're sliding down a page. I'm not sure if the one in cydia works in iOS 7.x

i got the impression he didnt want to hijack chpwn's tweak name?
I removed the previous version from r_plus' twitter and replaced with fascy
seems exactly the same to me

It's right there with f.lux should be included in the iOS

Yup! ;)

My two must haves!

Since r_plus originally updated WebScrollian back in January on his GitHub page for iOS 7.x, and I noticed today he released the "new" tweak in cydia, I removed WebScrollian and installed Fascy. I can't live without this or F.lux. They are my essentials.

Still wish DietBar got the 7.x and 64 bit treatment though :/. That was my 3rd essential to improve my UI/UX. Oh well. 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Try TinyBar for DietBar replacement.
