Great entries this week! Its made picking the top three incredibly hard, but I've chosen.

1st place: @anotherscotsman
This was an amazing shot! With the lighting, the colors, the mountain range, and every other part of the image is just too good to be true! My favorite hands down, I'd make it my desktop background if I could ;).

2nd place: @Miltz
Another great shot and I expected nothing less! The fall colors put in in the category, but by far the waterfall is what makes this picture great.

3rd place: @AlexH
A great picture! I really like how artistic you made it, the bokeh is beautiful, I never thought someone could make such a great picture with just a single leaf!

As for everyone else, great shots! I don't necessarily want to critique them all because I believe everyone views art differently than the next and what I think of a picture the next might not. Everyone had amazing entries, but if you'd like to hear my option about your picture, I'd gladly oblige :)

I certainly agree with the winning choices. Anotherscotsman's photo is to me the perfection of autumn photos! The colors are stunning and the atmosphere is perfect.

Congratulations to Anotherscotsman, Miltz and AlexH, three worthy winners from a great set of photos! I was scrolling down, enjoying the photos, when ASM's photo came up and I thought, "Yes, that one!!". :)

Many thanks thebro20 I don't believe it! When I saw AlexH, Miltz and filmbufs entries (my favourite) I certainly didn't expect a podium place. I'll have a think and see what I can come up with today and post this evening. Thanks again and congratulations to al of the entrants.

Congrats to the winners and I'm glad some of you found my image interesting as well, appreciate it as always! :) In that moment, I've seen @anotherscotsman's image, I knew this week contest is over. Absolutely stunning image, love the colours and composition, well done mate!

Cheers tomnavratil - the subject matter can take the credit, I just happened to be there with a camera.

Sometimes, you are just at the right place at the right time, don't you? For a photographer, that's a great feeling :).
Better than being in the right place at the wrong time, or worse the wrong place at the right time (like stunning sunset whilst you are somewhere not very picturesque). Or worst of all, wrong place at the wrong time!
I seem to excel at all three of those!
