Thanks for the podium @oblomow . The best position to be placed.
This week’s theme was difficult I guess. My other option was ‘Pests’, but who wants to look at images of snakes, mosquitoes and the neighbours children.
Here is my view on the entries:
tizeye, You dream big. I like it.
@redshifted
deep diver, If it wasn’t for the rules, you would have won…
I just ordered a 25mm 1.7 prime for my G85, so I’m eagerly awaiting my first “nifty fifty” (equivalent). I have a 100-300 on my wishlist as well.Well done everyone. I suspect the lack of entries maybe due to holiday season.
Anyway I’ve got my 200-500mm so I’m all set for the safari. Just need someone to send me a ticket and arrange for a week or two off!

Yeah, I got it mainly for indoor work. I’m often asked to take pictures of various household events, so I’m hoping it helps in that regard.I bought a 50mm for a trip a few years back. Hardly used it since.
I’m just not a prime sort of guy.
As I head to Switzerland next week, actually leaving the a7rIII at home actually going light and only taking the A6000 and 2 kit lens...plus the Full Frame 35 and 55 primes. Never really use a tele and the kit 55-210 is far more compact. What I will miss is the 16-35 as that is such a walk-around lens for me, and I don't have the crop sensor equivalent.Well done everyone. I suspect the lack of entries maybe due to holiday season.

A very difficult topic to render visually, but some interesting entries.
Personally, I loved @akash.nu's shot; you hear so much about young love, but my own preference is for the less fashionable (and probably, less fleeting), and most certainly, much less seen, objet d'art known as older love (which comes with - perhaps less passion, but more knowledge, affection, and warmth.)
Great entries! I'm sorry I couldn't participate this week as I was traveling. Hope to catch the next challenge!
Hopefully on a dream vacation.

Here is my view on the entries:
cogi0490, Great lighting. Nice details in the floor. Does this image pop up in your nightmares? Is that a skull on the wall?
somepix, Are you on a camping trip? The last image you saw before falling asleep. It has a dreamy look.
apple fan boy, That is a beautiful dream. I would advice investing in something larger than 140mm to make your dream come true.
deep diver, If it wasn’t for the rules, you would have won…
tizeye, You dream big. I like it.
akash.nu, Getting old together. Yes, I guess that’s every couples dream. And they seem still to be having an interesting conversation too.
malofx, Am I looking at one of your dreams or do you fantasise about this place? It definitely is a place to dream about.
Darmok N Jalad, Hmmm, time to get out Freud’s Traumdeutung. Or is flying such a plane one your big wishes?
redshifted, I like this. Creative. A combination of something that looks like coming from a dream and perhaps a wish. Longing for winter to go out hiking in the snow again.
Considering the number of entries this week, it seems logical to have only two podium places
2nd place: akash.nu
1st place: redshifted
Thank you for your entries, over to you @redshifted
