@oblomow - It's Greek to me (Ukranian to everyone else) . I've seen similar signs (but different languages ) elsewhere and always wondered why they were in the language of the country being entered rather than that of the country being entered from .
Yes. Clever. I never realised that. Although for road signs in Europe it is agreed that place signs directing to another country have to be written in the language of that country ( and not the local language ). So signs in the Netherlands with directions to Cologne Germany will have Köln (german) instead of Keulen (dutch) written on it.

Thank you, Molly! I appreciate that! I really need to learn how to do the linking thing in the Master List Wiki.....for some reason that intimidates me. I do know how to make a regular link in here but there's something about that Wiki thing....

It's not hard. In the little menu bar of creating a post, there is a link icon (here it is between the P and photo icon). Click that, then put the internet address in the URL field and type whatever text you want it to say in the Text field. Then click Insert.

eta: you can also type your text first, then click the icon and just paste the url in.
