Oh hi all, sorry! I have 6 kids and they have all been sick keeping me crazy busy :/

Congrats to all the winners, always great images submitted! I’m only newish to the forums and still getting to know things it’s great to find a thread related to my passion. Love meeting those with similar interests.

My image from last week was all done in camera. I prefer to capture things in cam. I made a long exposure say 30secs, posed for 15secs then jumped out of the shot leaving a ghost. This was a burnt out historic house I was able to shoot in.

Next in line? Okay I’ll play.. what do I need to do?

Come up with a theme. Make a new post, and copy the relevant text from the first post of the framing thread, so that it carries over to the new one with the rules. And then go update the first post in this thread with the new link and thread title.

And then lastly in a week you will wish you hadn't won this challenge as you have to deal with the judging. Have fun!

And a couple hints. If you have trouble accessing the "sticky" thread to put your one line title in it, note the difficulty as you post the new contest and the moderator will typically assist with "Done." Also, @mollyc and others have given extended feedback. If you wish to follow that format...suggestion...to avoid a lot of work under pressure at the end, start a Word document and update every couple of days as entries appear. As the Contest closes, review and final edit content of Word document and adding winners, etc, copy/paste and post. Makes it a lot simpler.

We will give you all the help you want....... until it comes time to judge. Then you are on your own.

In spite of all of the complaining and whining we do, it really is fun to judge the contest.
