Trinity Spruce

Found this stunted spruce basking in the sun in Trinity, Newfoundland. This is a shot taken with a Sony DSC F717 camera. I took close to 3000 shots with that camera and I still toss it in the back pack today when I venture out with my Nikon D-80.... hope you like this shot.

it was very hot 45C (113F) this little chap landed and then flew away - and never came back - probably died from heat exhaustion as this was the only plant I saw that looked like it could feed him.
