Some good entries, with a nice range of diversity to them.
 
Congrats to everyone. Especially Cheese&Apple. When I saw you post that shot I thought "Well that's the competition over for this week then!". I love that picture.

Funny how things go. Two shots of mine that people seem to like the most (this one included) are both people shots. Yet my favourite subject, by far, is wildlife. In fact the shot for this contest was taken while out looking for winter songbirds and ducks.

Perhaps you should be focusing (literally) more on people in that case ;)
