Oh, I almost missed this thread! I have kind of an off the wall entry.

We custom built our house six years ago and bought a property with a house that needed to be torn down (so basically we bought the lot and needed to clear it). We donated the original house to our county fire department to be used for training purposes. So the house (which we never lived in) was repurposed from a residential house to a set-on-purpose fire.
