Probably a record week for me. I'm trying for a June badge of 307 km / month which is killing me. It's nuts I only got the Watch to lose a few pounds last year and suddenly here I am doing 10k a day in my mid fifties. Even started running a bit - first time in 30 years!
Really slipping this week! Foot problems - can't seem to find a decent pair of trainers. Old ones are Asics GT-2000 (5) - but 6 (which I bought) and 7 not as comfortable, so still using 5. So I just got new Nike Air Pegusus, which I used to have, but tendons really started hurting after 5km. Now looking at Mizuno Wave Rider but can't seem to find my size (48). Suggestions welcome!
Down some but not too bad. Do have a road trip this weekend (excited to let my Model 3 drive me to Savannah and back) so will be little lower next week.
I pushed a little harder this week. My AW didn’t recommend that I change my calorie goal this week, but I’m sure it’ll suggest another bump up soon. I’m going to have to start doing some additional exercise besides my normal daily routine + 15-45 minute walk!
I was hoping for a break in July but Sgt Major Watch has gone and challenged me to 1000 calories a day! These challenges are getting seriously hard. Hope I’ll get a few of the stand up for 7 days in row type soon
Went for a ~9 mile hike with some friends yesterday. AW didn’t recommend a new move goal, but it probably will soon. 1050 calories per day is pretty reasonable though.
