Sure, but don't have a running day like I did yesterday. Was running and stepped on a water meter box and it broke and flipped. Face down on the sidewalk. My teeth scrapped on the concrete. First thought was to feel how many were loose or missing. Luckily/miraculously all were there. Lots of bleeding from inside and out of mouth, plus inside and outside of my nose, chin, knees, right shoulder and right wrist. Also jammed/sprang my right hand (don't think any broken bones but NO weights for now).
Staggered into a Hyatt and fond a seat before the nauseous feeling struck. They were very nice and bright me wet towels, water and anapestic and keep checking on me. After about 30 minutes I was gathered up enough to (stupidly) run 3 miles back home.🏃♂️
So not sure if advice from someone as obtuse as me is a good idea.
