Before the update, when opening Safari, the default was the blank page with my favorites' icons displayed there, same behavior for opening a new window or tab.
Post update, when launching Safari, the page is just blank. No icons, no nothing. Only when opening a new tab or new window are they displayed.
Anyone encountering the same behavior?
