that’s just simply NOT true. If it were then non of us would be using our iPad pros and there would be a mass recall. I’m going to guess your post was a joke.

Nope just going off the multiple threads I've seen on the issue on here and other boards.

Apple doesn't do recalls until the 3rd class action suit has been lost.

That’s proof you don’t own an IPad Pro or you would know different. Threads on a forum are hardly even a % of real world iPad usage. Go buy one and see for yourself. You won’t need a few threads to base your opinion on.

I can certainly understand that, even while standing on the other side of the fence - I'll never purchase an iPhone for myself again, and I'll continue to use my rooted Android phones until I no longer need to root them. At the same time I'll never buy an Android tablet again nor do I see myself buying a Chrome OS based one.

At this point it is fairly clear to me what devices fit my needs in each form factor and I need not lurk in various forums posting my dissatisfaction in any particular platform in snarky ways like OP has done. To each their own . . . IMO there's enough information out there on the Internet these days to make informed decisions on what best suits one's needs.
I have a similar POV. I would never buy an iPhone, I find much better value in an Android phone. I would never buy a Mac, I find better value in aThinkpad, but where a tablet is concerned, I’d never buy anything other than an iPad!

Yeah, I think the sum of his posts make it clear that iOS & Apple aren't for him. After all of my Android tablets - I still have five - and phones I've bought and used since its inception, I can't see ever buying another Android device. I don't ever want to root and load a custom ROM again.
I do enjoy playing with Android occasionally. I think I read somewhere that Google's planning to lock down Android a bit. Not looking forward to that.

However, unless iPhones become ridiculously unaffordable, I'm sticking to iOS for my daily driver. I appreciate how "boring" every new iPhone upgrade is because I can restore from backup and just continue from where I left off. No lost productivity from needing to set up my new phone, installing all my apps, etc.

Tinkering: Android
Normal Use: iOS

It was so weird I'd try to scroll up on a webpage and nothing would happen. I'd click on keyboard and nothing. I loved the iPad other then that I also had camera issues but my cams was very old so I guess I can't blame apple

Could you take it to an Apple store to have them look at the issue?

Nah the only thing they checked was if it was logged into the cloud. For a while I was wondering if my thyroid issues was causeing it. Or was it Facebook but then it happened on other sites. It worked most the time

Could you show them the touch delay problem you said it had?
Nah it only happened seldem. .I'd say only 5 percent of the time. But for the money it was a pain in the neck
I also wondered if it was because I used it in bed siting sitting on stomach. I was thinking maybe it senced my stomach . But as said before I have no idea how touch screens work
I do miss it and I'll probably get a new one when they come out with 4 nm cpus

Same, but hoping the Tab 6 is a good step

Well, it could be. But, the biggest draw for me with the iPad is that tablet oriented apps on it are fab, which is sadly missing on Android tabs thanks to Google fooling around. I have used Android tabs before I settled on the iPad, but the experience was not suitable to me. An Android phone on the other hand is excellent for my purposes - both in terms of cost and performance.
