G.Skill makes fine memory. As good as Patriot or any of the others imo. I only bought the Patriot because it was less than half the cost of current retail price and almost half the cost of the cheapest prices I have seen for 4GB modules. Only seen at Fry's in store deal w/ MIR though.

Right now Fry's in the SF Bay Area is selling single 4GB SO-DIMM Modules from Patriot for $124.99 w/ a $75 Mail in Rebate. That's $49.99 which is half the price of Newegg for 4GB and $99.98 for 8GB. I bought 4 4GB modules today. I think the MIR ends 9/2.

PSD34G13332S is the model number.

Just came back from Fry's and also bought this, the jury is still out on how it works. So far 1 Kernel Panic and 2 crashes. System seems to boot up fine, works for about 5 minutes and then locks up solid. If it continues, the RAM goes back.

NOTE: Well it crashed again, back to Fry's to return it!

Did you replace the stock memory or just add some of this memory to the stock RAM? I replaced the stock with 4 sticks and it works flawlessly so far.

That memory will work.

The Frys deal is only for a few more days and I found out it's only one of each product per household so I had to use my work and friends addresses. Hope it works. 49.99 for 4GB stick is pretty sweet.
