I use LogMeIn Ignition - $29.99 to remotely access my MBP, more or less does the same thing as Jaadu VNC but is easier to setup and I can get to my laptop on pretty much any network it happens to be connected to without messing around with forwarding ports or anything like that.

The $5 RemoteTap is better than the $30 LogMeIn or $25 Jaadu for those who need remote access to Macs only. Can remotely wake up from sleep or put to sleep, autozoom menues, handles spaces, multiple displays...faster, etc. But yes it's not like GoToMyPC or LogMeIn as you may have to port forward if your router doesn't support UPnP.

Actually you need to type
http://www.wolframalpha.com/iphone
to get the iphone optimized version in Mobile Safari.

For $50 your just getting a tad better format and a keyboard with mathematical symbols. Not worth it IMHO.

Jaadu involves a lot more technical fiddling to get to work properly,

That could be for Windows, but I simply enabled the built-in VNC on my MacBook Pro and Jaadu found it.
