The palettes aren't broken down until Friday at the KY hub. KY is the MAIN hub. Boxes are sent out to regional hubs/individual ports of entry (typically main airports like PDX, SEA, LAX, BWI, etc., often these are the same place), then trucked to your local office for delivery Saturday morning.
They ALL SIT IN KENTUCKY UNTIL FRIDAY NIGHT. Why is this so difficult to understand?
Nothing really, I guess impressive. Just asking how they logistically would do this. Didn't say it couldn't be done, so the "why is this so difficult" wasn't called for. Just seems like a lot of effort to orchestrate, but who cares I guess. That couldn't have been cheap. This can't be the "norm". I know they move boxes, but 10s of thousands all for one target mass distribution date......., again I say kudos to UPS and those hard worked there......
