When you are plugging the power cable in and the phone is muted, it no longer vibrates. As I do this every night, the loud vibrate noise had a tendency to wake my partner up.

I still get the usual double-vibrate alert when plugging in. It just seems that that alert or its audible counterpart when the phone is not in silent mode doesn't always happen when plugging in, which seems to be more of a bug of sorts.

1. When deleting multiple photos, after you press select you can drag your finger for mass selection instead of manually tapping numerous photos to delete.

2. When receiving a call/placing a call from a number not saved in your contacts, your phone will scan emails, texts and try to figure who it may be

I never knew that one?

Cheers, buddy ...

6 Plus (soon to be 6S Plus) and iPad Air. No iPad Pro for me. Not until we need a new laptop and then maybe

edit to add: No UK pricing for the Pro yet so I expect us to get ripped off somehow. Cynical? Moi?

I think the 128GB WIFI version will be the same price as the 6S Plus 128GB, as the US prices are the same for both the 6S Plus & iPad Air (128GB)?

I have a mint (like new) Navy Apple Leather Smart Case for the iPad Air, if you're interested?

I see 'reduced motion' on my iPhone - but, not 'reduced transparency'..

Is that an ipad only setting?

It's on iPhone too, buddy.

Settings/General/Accessibility/Increase Contrast ... Reduce Transparency is the top option.

Seriously, you'll notice smoother animations when this is turned on.

Has anyone noticed how Siri vibrates on iPhone, now?

No sound, when you activate "her".

However, the sound is still present on my iPad (no vibrate on the 4).

Do you like this change?

I think there should be an option to turn the sound on or off ...

In Safari, to request the desktop version of a site you simply hold down the refresh "button" now & the option pops up ...

I also like the ability to send sites to notes & reminders.

I kind of miss the sound, but I think that's mainly because I can still hear it on my iPad.

To your same point, if you hold the refresh button and you are currently using an ad blocker, you can request to see the site with ads enabled if you so choose.

I think they set it so it follows your setting for vibrate on ring/silent. So if you are set to silent mode but have vibrate on silent turned off it won't buzz the phone anymore when you plug it in.

I use the Notes App heavily and the overhaul to add more features is a welcomed one.

I agree! It's actually become my only note taking app now, which I never saw happening. All I needed was support for additional notebooks and the ability to attach photos/recorded audio. It's nice.

Oh, and it's so much nicer to have my notifications listed by time rather than by app.

This, too. I never checked the notifications tab before because it was just so confusing. Having them sorted by time makes so much more sense to me. Now we just need a way to sync them, so that cleared notifications on my iPhone don't keep showing on my Mac, etc...

It's not that much of a lit

Well, that makes sense.

Great battery life!

Although I suppose that's not a "little" thing!

I'm trying to get my iPhone 6 to turn off, so that I can perform a battery calibration (I always do it after installing a new OS) but the battery just won't go down!

That's niccccccce ;-)

I think my notifications are all visible in Notification Centre, now.

Before, it used to display just a few, and say "Plus x more notifications" which was so counter productive.

All in all, the "fixed" notifications (including them staying on your lock screen until dismissed) is my favourite iOS 9 "fix".

Now, I can truly rely on them ...

Using iOS 9 on iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air.

On the iPad Air I use Slide Over a lot and the trackpad.

iPhone I use the Back to option regularly and I do like the bigger cards in app switcher.

Now with Content Blockers (Crystal) I find Safari snappier and the tabs don't re load as often and if they do they re open at where I left off.

I've not used low power mode yet but the new battery settings to see what's using battery I can see being a good self diagnostic tool.

I use the Notes App heavily and the overhaul to add more features is a welcomed one.

One of my children has added me to the Find My Friends feature. Not too sure I'm wanting him to always know my whereabouts ;)

I never even knew about content blockers!

Thanks for that.

Bought Crystal immediately, following your recommendation & it's on my iPhone 6 right now.

Shame it (no content blockers?!) doesn't work on my iPad 4, as it's not 64bit.

Oh well, yet another reason to upgrade to the iPad Pro!

Thanks again ...
