Apps & Dolby AirPlay out

Prediction:

We won't see third party apps or dolby airplay out until the new TV set is released next year, all older Apple TV boxes won't get these features otherwise no one would fork out the cash for the new standalone tv set, next update will be stereo airplay out on current Apple TV box only.

Apple needs to get the App Store on Apple TV.

Without it, Apple TV 3 is basically a glorified Netflix player, which is O.K. for now, but without such a change Google TV will simply make more sense soon.

AirPlay is nice, but a lot of apps are not AirPlay enabled and mirroring just doesn't work well for high-quality streaming: streaming high-bitrate video from Safari to Apple TV is unusable, because of constant buffering, plus the quality seems noticeably lower. This is from a 2012 custom built Mac Book Air, optioned out.

Needs App store obviously. I would also like to see the ability to stream 24/96 audio files from iTunes.
