I should have got the 64. My 32 is 60% full and I've only had it a few weeks.

32gb but I highly regret it and recommend the 64gb.
You can't add more RAM later, it's well worth the extra $100.
The more RAM installed, the more flexible the use of the device.
I've already had to delete things several times to make room, things I did not want to delete.
Hmmm.... I don't think your iPad has 32gb of RAM, RAM is what everything runs on, the iPad has like 250mb of ram, your iPad has 32gb of storage (flash memory or whatever)
