These are the cases I ordered and tried it on my titanium 15pm.
1. Otter Box Figura Blue
2. Apple Silicone case Clay
3. Apple Silicone case Green (returned)
4. Torras Magnetic Clear
5. Spigen Ultra Hybrid (returned)
6. Spigen Ultra Hybrid Zero One (returned)

I’m super tempted to get a Clay Apple Silicone case, but I’m nervous that it’ll chip or start looking crappy in weeks. I don’t really keep my phone in my pocket much anymore, so I’m less concerned with that part of it now. It used to drive me nuts when I’d try the silicone cases and then try to get it out of my pocket.

I'm using a Winter Blue Apple Silicone case! Initially, I was thinking of the Clay or Green (those were the colors that seem like they organically paired with the natural) But once I saw the Winter Blue in person, I wanted that one.

It pairs nicely!!

The good thing is that there is an actual warranty on those Apple cases. I think most of the time, people tend to forget and just replace their case with a new one...(especially if it happens to be past that two week return period)

But if it starts to chip or doesn't hold up (especially within weeks) just reach out to Apple support!

It really is hard to find a good case for natural titanium. So many ugly cases. I tried a couple but didn’t like any.

Gonna use it naked and get AppleCare+ instead. The phone is too beautiful to cover it up with an ugly case.

Keyway leather case in whiskey… any tan leather will compliment the natural titanium nicely IMO.

caudabe synthesis in grey on my natural tits. The grey color in natural titanium blends in well with the grey of the case.

I also have the amethyst (purple) caudabe synthesis case. And I like the contrast of the grey natural titanium and purple in the camera cutout.

But it doesn’t really matter in the end I feel like. I have 2 cases I can switch back and forth

I got the Otterbox Lumen case in gray for my 15 pro Natural Titanium. It looks great. It’s got a clear back which shows the color of the natural titanium. The sides are gray which should help or prevent yellowing. Plus the case is very grippy and the buttons have great tactile button feedback.
