That's what's known as the Apple Mouse. It's plugged into the Apple Keyboard.

Yes. A company I worked at (when a lot of businesses were Macs back in the day before Windows got really popular), the Execs all had the new PowerBook 170's. They all sat on their desks and collected dust.

Their Admins did all the "computer work" and had IIci's and color screens and their own laser printers...
