Good point, however there are many things that they used to do, that they no longer work with. They were quite the IT company here in the Minneapolis area at one point, and now they are a box repair company for the most part.
People also need to think about the human factor, just because it is a Macintosh, doesn't mean the user cannot do something awkward to render the system inoperable, thus requiring repair. Having the ability for them to work with Macintosh systems would also be of value for people that don't want to pay Genius prices .
