I have had my 10.5 inch iPad Pro now for just over a year, so far the speeds have been absolutely fine, the main reason I bought this over the then current iPad Air (with the normal Touch ID) was the double set of speakers, and the ProMotion feature.

The speakers have been fantastic (annoying that spatial audio doesn’t work on the iPad through AirPod Pros, its a couple years too old0 , but i dont know if its just me, but I haven’t seen a massive benefit with the ProMotion..but maybe that’s just me that has gotten used to it quickly

And I am using the Slim Combo case from Logitech - great feeling keyboard and case, but very very bulky, but over half the price of Apples own - and still its bloody expensive too

Love to upgrade to the new iPad Air soon with the Touch ID in the power button, but my 10.5 Pro still runs very well

I've got the 11" with Logitech keyboard cover - but got mine from someone on eBay which made it much, much cheaper (about one third of full price). For the slight external wear - but perfect keyboard - I am happy enough. But agree it feels rather bulky.

Meant to add: Partner has an Air and a lovely red leather case. Much, much nicer to look at and feel. But no stand, no keyboard so less practical for me.

Don’t laugh but I’m using a 6th Gen teamed with a Belkin Qode keyboard which I originally had on my Air 1, the 6th Gen is exactly the same size. It’s a combination which suits me fine and I have no intention to upgrade until the 6th Gen is no longer supported.
All iPads are awesome, they just get more awesome as you move up.

I'm not sure if you mean case and keyboard or case only?? So I don't have a keyboard/case. Im using this.
https://www.zugucase.com/products/ipad-pro-12-9-5th-gen and love it, when I'm going to work or travelling I use it with this.

Very confident they both give me maximum protection and versatility.

I have both a 2018 12.9 iPad Pro with magic keyboard, and a 2018 11" iPad Pro with the smart folio keyboard. The 12.9" pretty much stays at my desk, the 11" has LTE and goes everywhere with me.

I have the 2021 IPP 11 inch. At home, I primarily use the iPad without a case - so to avoid scratches, I put on Dbrands skins on the back and sides. I also use the magic keyboard when doing a lot of typing. When traveling, I use either the Nedrelow magic sleeve or the zippered pouch shown below. I also have the Apple folio but rarely ever use it.

I have a 2021 iPad Pro 12.9". Recently purchased a MagEZ Case 2 for when I need the iPad off the Magic Keyboard.

This setup comes closest to perfection for me.

I’m using a 2nd generation 11” iPad Pro with the black Magic Keyboard. I don’t use any other cases, though I’m considering picking up a Folio case for when I want to cover the iPad but not have a keyboard.

12.9” 2018 iPad Pro in a black magic keyboard. All from work or I’d be sorely tempted by the available dbrand options.

12.9” 2017 iPad Pro in a pad and quill leather folio case.

Mini 2 in an Apple Smart Cover.

Using the 2021 12.9” iPP with no case (looking to get a DBrand skin eventually). I normally use a Folio type case, but I created a Magic Keyboard-like dock for when I’m at the desk. But when I undock it from my stand… I use this portable stand.

And when I’m out and traveling I use a sleeve.

2021 11" iPad Pro with Logitech Combo Touch. I love it! Especially the Surface-like kickstand. Much better and infinitely more versatile than Apple's folding smart cover design. Detaching the keyboard while still having a case for protection is great, something the Apple Magic Keyboard case lacks (along with function keys, also very useful). And I do definitely detach all the time.

Only gripe is I think the case combined with the pencil might be draining my battery faster.

The Apple Magic Keyboard will also drain your battery faster so not much different there.

iPad Pro 2021 11” with magic keyboard.
I carry it around and even for grocery shopping. 80% of my iPhone activity happens on iPad now. Sad that I can’t make phone call or send SMS directly from it without iPhone around.

I’m using a 5th generation iPad and I’m using a red case (can’t remember who made it :/) still pretty powerful for a 2017 device!

iPad Pro11 and Zagg Pro Keys case.

This case is great and is the best one out there for what I wanted; My criteria was to match the Smart Keyboard with backlighting so:
1. Removable protective case
2. Backlit
3. Small footprint like my 9.7's Smart Keyboard.

I got the non-trackpad version because I didn't want to use a lot of desk space. It has removable protective case with a small cradle for the pencil when you close it the magnetic flap keeps the pencil in place. The speaker channels reflect the sound forward. When you place the iPad into one of the two slots the keyboard wakes up. typing feels nice and there are like 9 different backlight colors with 3 levels of brightness. It has two pairing buttons which came in handy when I needed to also use it with my old MBP when its keyboard started acting up. Battery is supposed to last like a year. The only negative is that it doesnt have pass through charging or a low drawing angle like my old iPad's Smart Keyboard.

PS. I asked Zagg if they had any discounts when purchasing both their case and pencil. They did not, but what they sent me was a 40% discount code for anything I purchased from their site. I bought both items for less than the MSRP of the case alone.
