I’m curious... what do you think of the magic keyboard?

I know you're not asking me but I just wanted to chime in.....

I hate!! the magic keyboard.
Again, more rubbery feeling keys.
It's amazing that Apple can't keep making crisp feeling keyboards like they used to.
I'm typing this on a 2014 MBA and it's very rubbery and has zero feedback compared to the T-470 Thinkpad.
Years ago Apple went for cute and and gave up functional in the meantime.

You’re right! I’m not asking you!! :D

Doesn’t the MacBook Air have the exact same keyboard as every MacBook Pro since they went unibody years ago?

I’ve not used a Thinkpad regularly since the Pentium II days. Though Engadget just reviewed the new X1 carbon and they said something to the effect of “the keyboard is miles better than the disaster that Apple put in the new MacBook Pro”. I could be missing it a smidge, but that was the gist of it.
