What is the difference between a 13" Macbook Air M1 vs a 13" MacBook Pro M1?

I ordered the space gray machine today. Sadly, it doesn't accept my debit card for customized orders, but it does accept my debit card for in-person pickups. So I got the 8 CPU/ 8 GPU option, since it has 512GB of space. Going to pick up my new computer tomorrow, and sell my old one.

I could not pass up the Costco Christmas sale of the M1 Air base for $799. It's my first Mac and when the new one comes out this year, depending on what's improved, I will trade it in and get a decent price toward the new one.

Is the trackpad any different between the two models? Not just size but also strength of click feel.

In the past, some of non-Pros had weaker Taptic engines than the Pros.
