Thanks, going to check out a few of those.

You guys don't have to name free apps, just ones that you bought. I know i didn't mention that.

i think i will have to add 7 Cities Tower Defense. It is the most clever and tight I have played in this genre with the most thought out research system. way to go neptune studios!

review here.

The top games I play when I have less than 10min and want to kill time:
- Bejewelled 2
- Solitaire City
- Frenzic
- 2079 (very underrated shooter)

The top games I play when I have more than 15min:
- Texas HoldEm
- Zombie Attack
- 7 Cities
- Fieldrunners

I am an easy guy to please. Most of these games have time limits and challenges the mind is the only reason why I think I like these games.

1. Blackbeards assualt.

1. Snowed in 7

3. Bix

4. Fuzzle

5. Galcon

My favorite game is Gemsweeper from www.lobstersoft.com. I really love to play puzzle games especially those similar to picross and this is one of the best out there. It is very addictive with more than 200 puzzles to solve and its impressive graphics and vibrant colors you are sure to love it.

Flick Fishing?

I can't understand the attraction to Flick Fishing. It seems insanely boring to me. You throw out the line (in different environments); you wait, sometimes for a long time; there is a pull on the line; you reel in the fish, or sometimes you fail to reel it in. There is no skill or thinking involved, and the actions are simple and monotonous. I must be missing something, but what

Dactyl is fun at the moment
Muddled - word game
Bejeweled - classic

I've been playing UNO a lot lately. I play almost exclusively online mode. It's buggy but a ton of fun to battle other players and accumulate points. It's surprisingly addictive.

the (paid-for) games I still have on my iphone are:

- Blackbeard's Revenge (like puzzleloop/zuma)
- Cro-Mag
- Dizzy Bee
- Galcon
- Solebon
- Vay

The two I really recommend are Blackbeard and Solebon.

Blackbeard is the best of the bunch in terms of design, polish, and just plain fun. The problem is that I've already beat it on the hardest level and there's nothing to do now but wait for the developers to release an update (they say one is coming). If you haven't tried it, you really should.

The one that I really reach for most commonly is Solebon. Yeah it's just solitaire, but it's really well done and there are tons of games (I used the free "sol free" for a long time, but for $1.99, get the 25 extra games. It's so worth it.).

I'm actually not a big fan of the accelerometer games (cro-mag, dizzy bee). They are fun for a while, and both of the two I have are good games, but I just tire of them more quickly. I don't really know why.

Vay is pretty well done too, but an RPG like that just isn't all that well suited to a 3.5" screen. (I'd still buy the original final fantasy if they ever ported it to the iphone though!) Also, all the navigating through menus takes a while and makes me feel like I'm using a blackberry.

Flick fishing is fun because there is an actual story line, and missions you can progress through. Plus its not that easy to reel in. It takes patience to reel in the big fishes. The graphcis are great + there are some easter eggs in the game. for 0.99 its hard to beat

Galcon is by far my most played game. Then Five Dice, Blackjack Run, and all of the Tap Tap games (especially Dance).
