I've almost decided to get a powerbook. What do you guys think of these choices:

A: 12" PB (new) with superdrive and 80GB approx £900 after edu and egg money

B: Refurb 12"PB with combo and 60GB approx £750 after egg money

c: Wait for intel

Bearing in mind I might not be able to get the £40 office discount on option B.

I love my iBook, but I bought it because it was my first Mac and I wanted a cheaper portable computer to start with. Oooh. A PowerBook would be so nice. But, I love the iBook, and I like that it's white and slick looking. I'm sort of "whatever" about the PB look. Can I have a PowerBook that looks more like an iBook? Maybe I'm just jealous and saying that I don't like the PB look because I don't have one. I'll have to ponder that. :)

Turns out on refurb store I can get a rev D 15" combo for £900 (after egg money) so thats the same price as the new 12"

Are there any problems with the 15" rev D's?

Also, how much RAM can it take?
