what monitors do you use ?

I have the HannsG 27 inch (several years old.) I want to upgrade to the Mac 27 display, but I am debating on holding out until the next display is released.
 
I recently bought a "Samsung S24A300H Full HD LCD LED 24" HDMI Monitor" (copied that text straight from ebuyer lol, yeah I'm lazy) :D

It's pretty nice, and looks rather sexy if I do say so myself! :p

I'd of liked the 27" version, But my credit card limit said "NO!" :(
 
Wow, I'm in the stone age. I hooked mine up to my year old 19" Gateway 720p monitor. It still looks good, even when I have to zoom in on a photo.

For those of you using TV's as their display...
How are you dealing with the small system fonts?
I have trouble reading some things while in 1080p without standing right in front of the screen.


Oh, and I'm using Samsung LN40B650 here.
 
I use a SyncMaster 930b because I'm cool (cheap/free) like that connected to my MacBook 6,1. However if I had had half a braincell left at a time when I had money I would have bought one of the older cinema displays (the metal ones with the dvi connector) off CraigsList because they are under 200 dollars there now. Heck even on California's CraigsList (no I do not live there) which is probably one of the more expensive places in the U.S they are under 200 dollars.
 
Dell U2711 (27") connected with DisplayPort to my 2011 2,5Ghz mini!

(I also have my old Mac Pro 2006 connected through DVI and the monitors sleep function behaves very strange with that as documented by others...)

Great monitor but i still havnt gotten the colors to my liking. I guess my 23" ACD and MBP anti glare screen have spoiled me.

I think that is the experience of a lot of folks ...you go to the Apple store and you see all the big glossy displayed 'Macs' .

Haha, I see that expression on some of my friends faces too when I explain to them what the Mini is :)

Anyways, I use a 19" Samsung SyncMaster 941BW, been using it for a good 3 years now and I have no complaints! Though I do plan on upgrading soon :)
 
An HP S2031 LCD monitor with VGA connection. Looks great. That is why I love the mini - you just use whatever extra hardware you have. I currently have a 2007 mini but hope to upgrade to the current model sometime in the next year.
 
My mini hasn't arrived yet but the monitor has. I'll be using a HP ZR22w with IPS…should work well.
