I read AI, Macrumors, 9to5, gizmodo, engadget, tuaw, BGR and DaringFireball. DaringFireball is the best if you actually want to understand Apple, the tech industry and consumer behavior. 9to5 is good for the latest news posted quickly. Gizmodo is good for the interesting/funny articles but bad for the actual journalism (iPhone 4 thing left a bad taste in my mouth). Engadget is professional and the guys are usually pretty smart and offer interesting insights.

Anandtech for reviews on everything Mac and Gizmodo & Wired for other stuff like news and rumors. Even Engadget gets a glance.

I have stopped reading Macrumors articles because they tend to be *very* biased on the AT&T front. Gizmodo can be harsh on AT&T when they deserve it, but they do give the props when deserved and do accept when AT&T has the upper hand. MacRumors, not all as all AT&T articles are to throw negative PR or fuel up Verizon rumors that can be thrown in the 2nd page because after all this time this rumor has not come to fruition and all sources are analysts that have been proven wrong and know nothing. Thus further fueled by the raving resident Verizon fan club we have. Also, too much focusing on non-Apple related issues like Android, RIM and others. That's why Gizmodo is here for all the mash up. MR is supposed to be apple only. Also, MR does not do reviews which I find pretty lame.
