My guess is XR, iPhone 12 mini, Pro, and Pro Max get discontinued.

So the lineup would be SE, 11, 12, and the 13 series.

Xr, 12 mini, pro and max will be dropped. Line up will be SE, 11, 12, 13/12S series.

Only the 12 Pro models and XR get dropped.

iPhone 12 mini still needed for the $599 slot and 5G entry product. Maybe Apple will drop it when SE3 with 5G comes out in Spring 2022.

iPhone 11 serves as a $499 LTE anchor.

Apple can mitigate the size of the lineup by reducing colors from 6 to 3.

I honestly think the 11 is more likely to be dropped than the XR. With the very minimal difference between them, it makes more sense to keep the cheaper model as the entry level, similar to the Apple Watch 3. Mark my words

I see right now that there are no new shipments of 11 and SE in Israel.
I believe they both will drop and it will be:

xr
12 mini
12
13 lineup

later this year we will get the new SE

With how old the XR is I’m surprised it wasn’t dropped last year when the 12 came out, especially with the SE2020 out and with how low the 11 was dropped.

XR and 12 series will most likely get dropped. Although the XR and 11 are similar, 11 is still the better phone spec wise and will be supported longer..

Looks like I was right on the money.

It makes sense the iPhone 12 mini continues to serve the entry level 5G market.
