Having just bought a MBP i'm getting ready for regreting not waiting.. but we'll see.

I'd say new Apple cinema displays with integrated iSight cameras. :D Seriously, those things are so out-dated and overpriced that its really time we had some new displays.

Yea, I think the Leopard "secret features" will be announced, together with a ship date. Me thinks its going to be some super cool 3D-effects for managing the windows on your screen.

Just my $0.02 worth.

Do you think they will EVER come out with a VIDEO IPOD that has IPHONE interface? or would they drop that line and just develop nano?
IF they do, NAB would be a great place to launch it...

I would really like to buy that, but they won't release it until after the iPhone starts shipping; it will cut into potential sales of the iPhone.

I agree. Apple will eventually redesign the flagship iPod with the slick touch screen UI, but Apple will not detract from the revolutionary iPhone by preempting it with a device that uses its brand new Multi-Touch.

i just hope they'd keep the nano line, even if it doesnt have such sophisticated interface - its size is perfect for a lot of things.

HI-DEF iTunes????/

I couldn't imagine a better time for apple to announce a lot of Hi-Def content in the iTunes store. Apple TV is made for HD viewing, and an update to the non-DRM music and Hi-Def videos would make perfect sense for a broadcasting conference

Nothing mentioned in this thread so far is going to happen, except maybe HD iTunes.

But mostly, NAB is going to be the introduction of Final Cut Studio 6.

They aren't going to update Macbooks/Pros a month before Santa Rosa comes out. Leopard is going to be out at WWDC.

Microsoft has already negotiated terms to get HD downloads through the Xbox Live Marketplace, signaling the studios are open to the concept of HD downloads, furthermore they have cleared the rights to certain films already for internet distribution. Apple must just be waiting for the right time/compression setting/pricing. It will happen soon.

National Association of Broadcasters...that means FCS ver. 2, maybe a sneak peak at Phenomenon if they've got anything they can/want to show. Maybe a Leopard preview. No iTunes, no iPod, no iMac. The MacBook Pros are waiting on Santa Rosa, which doesn't ship 'til May...if they mention them, they won't be shipping until later...so I think just the Pro apps and maybe Leopard preview.

I dont think apple is goona launch a widescreen ipod "JUST YET" .. Maybe later ..but if they do that now it might indirectly affect the iphone

Sorry guys, but you are all wrong. No Leopard, no new displays, no new MacBooks etc... (that is, judging by the fact that all the speculation going on here is wrong 99.9% of the time). You must get so disappointed over and over again by doing this...

Well I am expecting a new version of Final Cut and BluRay writers for Mac Pros (and possibly MacBook Pros).

Santa Rosa isn't meant to be out until May, so I doubt we will see new MacBook Pros until WWDC. But I guess there is a chance Apple will announce them and ship them in May/June.

I don't think we will see anything iTunes/iPod related since they are consumer products and NAB is a professional event.

I only expect FCS 2, hopefully with some surprises in it. (Give me an option to include Logic in there.. :p)

I hope for Phenomenon preview, but that would be a surprise for me. Some info/sneak-peak on Leopard would also be welcome, especially if FCS 2 requires it for some functionality.

I know I'm looking forward to it, as I will buy CS3 and FCS2 as soon as they start shipping..

Actually, they have been available for some time now. I just dl'd and watched an HD movie via Xbox Live Marketplace this weekend.
