I prefer Redwood out of that list, but I think Apple would choose Sequoia if it had to be from that list. Im also with the folk who think it will be rebranded macOS but i think they may ditch the name and just keep going with the numbers (macOS 12) and then updates would be like macOS 12.0.1 the way iOS has gone.

I doubt they use Death Valley at all. The "OS X Death" trolls would be ridiculous.

A whole debate on a name for an operating system ..?? Get a life you guys ....who gives a rats ass about a name, it is not important - the important thing is that it is bug free and doesn't screw up ....unlike 10.11.4/5 ....
On the other hand, if 10.12 meets that criteria, then let's call it 'Eureka'!!!

I think Apple will end up calling it macOS Napa. No valley in the name.
