I will stare at the specs wondering what I should order. Probably wait a few days because it will take me that long to make up my mind. Hmm well I'll want it to be here for the weekend, so I guess I'll make my mind up then and get the two day shipping. After I call the Apple store and make sure they don't have what I want.

I will probably complain about how Apple should have found a way to not limit its capabilities by using a crap Intel IGP, and complain even more if they use the ULV CPUs in the 13" MBA... and whine about how Intel plays a dirty anti-competitive game and moan about how Nvidia got the shaft and we're the real losers in this battle.

I will definitely cry if there's no 1440x900 display in the next 13" due to the incapable IGP and will boycott Apple products until the iPhone 5 is released next month! At said time, I will go on loving Apple.

As much as I love the MBA, OS X, Macs and etc, iOS and the iPhone are the real technology I cannot live without on a daily basis. I am more looking forward to the iPhone 5 and iOS 5 than anything else in 2011.

Buy one. I dance to music, not a new product.

Blowing things a bit out of proportion aren't we? Even the 9400m is more than capable of driving 2560x1440

Why didn't they use the higher resolution display on the 13" MBP? I can answer that... it's because it wouldn't perform as negatively as if they used a higher resolution display. The 320m in the MBA performs better at a higher resolution than the MacBook "PRO" with Intel IGP at lower resolution. Also calculate the difference in performance between standard voltage Sandy Bridge and low and ultra low voltage CPUs.

My point is I wouldn't put it past Apple to do everything it can to soften the blow. In addition, Apple didn't include resolution independence in Lion as expected, and anything can happen.

I am also just saying what I will do IF and when these things happen as the point of the thread was such.

On that logic, the 2010 13" would have had the 1440x900 res. The HD 3000 can handle high res just fine. I drove a 2560x1440 display with it. It ran very well.

I will decide between a maxed out air and a 2011 refurb 15'' with anti-glare. Most likely ending in choosing the anti-glare but who knows, maybe the new MBA will impress me.

oh for f@#%@ sake, lol. These threads are getting ridiculous. When I was in elementary school I used to sit on the swings with friends on recess talking about what I'll do when I land on the moon. this reminds me of that.

This thread belongs in wasteland. lol "What will you do when the new MBA is released?!?!?!" seriously?!?!?!

Its a bigger man than me that smokes weed in elementary school and talks about what he'll do when he lands on the moon after a seriously big push on the swings.

It won't have a mobile antenna; Apple doesn't like to do that as it fragments their products (which results in higher costs across the board) and people generally don't like paying mobile monthly payments for computing products. Well that and you can get hotspots that do the same thing but work for multiple devices.

The only reason to replace my MBA'10 for an MBA'11 would be such a mobile antenna. That would make it really portable! And I would run out of the 400Mb I can use every month within a week :D
