If I was given it and completely legally owned it and its contents, then I'd have a browse, then probably sell it on.
If I had it by illegal means, I'd probably just turn it in to the police.
If I had the computer but no right to it's contents, I'd probably still have a quick browse and then wipe it and sell it.
It would be interesting to see how he kept his computer organised. I doubt he'd have any secret Apple plans etc on there anyway.
